About Me

Compassionate

I work to create a safe and warm environment. An environment where your experience matters most, where you are valid, and where you deserve care.

Present

Being present to moment to moment experiences will create opportunities to move into deeper understanding of painful internal events. I will work to create space for the natural and organic unfolding of your experience to be at the center of our work.

Curious

I encourage a willingness to the lean into the unknown; with open arms and a beginners mindset, anything and everything is possible.

I am a licensed therapist based in Napa and Walnut Creek, CA, specializing in work with men navigating midlife transition.

Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals across performance settings, adolescence, and adult development. My practice has increasingly focused on men who are encountering identity shifts related to career, marriage, divorce, fatherhood and parenting.

I am particularly interested in how achievement-driven men adapt when the strategies that once worked begin to falter.

My approach is direct and steady. I value clarity over performance and depth over speed.

Training includes mindfulness-based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems-informed work, performance psychology, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for clinically appropriate cases.

Outside of my work, I value time with family, physical activity, being outside, and the kind of conversations that allow for honesty without posturing.
